In this episode, I take a stroll down memory lane with my friend LTC (R) Tyler Wilbanks.  I use to call him just Wilbanks when I first meet him and he was an E-4.  His story of service, sacrifice and reinventing himself Into an Inventor and entrepreneur defines his saying of Innovate or die. 

More about my guest:
LTC (retired) Tyler Wilbanks, served 27 years in US Army with 2 combat tours, served in 15 units across 13 different duty stations. Served with several high speed units( for those that know- high speed is a military term meaning BA or the best),  A co 1/17th inf, of the 172nd striker brigade combat team in Alaska and the 3rd US inf in the MDW. He graduated from New Mexico State University with his master’s degree from Webster University. While in the Army, he graduated from Airborne school, Assault school, Ranger school and Command and General Staff college.  Served in several strategic roles such as Senior maneuver planner,  Training officer, Advisor team chief to the Afghanistan government as primary police advisor, Executive officer and acting commander, Senior advisor to the Saudi Arabia National Guard, deputy commander of the 3rd US infantry, oversaw the inauguration of Pres Trump in 2016 and now founder and owner of Squadbox LLC.  In between all that, father to five children and a husband.  Avid outdoorsman and JEEP enthusiast.
